I’m a CNRS researcher in fluid mechanics at the Matière et Systèmes Complexes laboratory (UMR 7057) in Paris. More specifically, my research lies at the frontier between acoustics and hydrodynamics. Sound can be used to make liquids flow (acoustofluidics) or to excite the vibration of air bubbles to better characterize them. Conversely, hydrodynamic events generate sound (aeroacoustics), which can be studied to understand the underlying physics.
